洪秀柱晚間在臉書發文指出，民進黨似乎認為，面對惡意清算，國民黨已自顧不暇，只要用個指控者不須負舉證責任的「不當」名義，凍結住國民黨的所有合法合理的財產，民進黨就能好整以暇挑戰連任。
她說，請民進黨不要忘記，人民依然瞪大眼睛在檢視著，國民黨也不會因為接二連三鬥爭手段，忘記自己的責任。
洪秀柱指出，國民黨創立時，本來就一無所有，心中只有國家和人民的福祉與未來，無論遇到什麼樣的困境，國民黨依然會將成國家、人民擺在第一位。
